Independent Gateway Review. At any stage in your project lifecycle, one of our senior architects will perform a review against our quality assurance checklist . A report will be provided which includes clear measures of conformance and recommendations to address any identified issues. |

Project Scoping. At the beginning of your project lifecycle (usually during business case development), one of our senior architects will prepare a scoping study that covers all the data integration aspects of the project. The scoping study will recommend a solution strategy, list the major integration components, identify key risks, and provide cost and effort estimates based on established benchmarks. |

Service Design. Given a business interaction model and high level data exchange requirements, one of our analysts will design a detailed interface specification including message model, XML Schema, WSDL interface definitions, and supporting documentation suitable for distribution to stakeholders. |

| Smartform |
Human Interface. Given a layout requirement (typically an existing paper form) and an XML schema defining the target XML format, one of our developers will build a web smartform module that can be plugged into your portal. The smartform will collect user data and generate an XML representation in accordance with the schema. |

Machine Interface. Given a source schema (usually your interface design) and a target structure (typically your back office system interface), one of our developers will develop, test and document an XSLT transform that can be plugged into your technical environment for back office system integration. |
